Swedish Garden Tilly Shoulder Bag

I acquired this fantastic Ikea fabric and knew it was headed for a Tilly Shoulder Bag. It's a home decor weight, so thicker than the usual cottons I use. The graphics are bold, yet the color way is somewhat muted. It's an eye catching bag that can be used for so many things. A great travel bag, diaper bag, project bag, even an everyday bag for those of you who need to carry a lot of work related materials with you.

Orange Batik Peace Sign Lynx Deluxe Messenger Bag

I found this gorgeous orange batik peace sign print that I couldn't pass up. What a beautiful messenger bag it makes. Very unusual!

Zen Charmer one of a kind Fox Deluxe Shoulder Bag

Spectacular, and out of print, Alexander Henry fabric, called Zen Charmer, used to great effect on this Deluxe Fox Shoulder Bag. One of my all time favorite fabrics, I know I probably say that a lot, but this one is fantastic isn't it?

I'm still here!

Major issues with my internet connection have been keeping me from blogging recently. I have had to downgrade to dial up while changing service providers. What a challenge, especially at this busy time of year. I expect to be back in the fast lane some time next week. Fingers crossed! I am busy making new inventory and working on a multitude of custom orders, but trying to add stock to the shop, or work with pictures is just not happening.
I'll be back with new bags to share as soon as possible!

Gorgeous set of bags for a wool spinner!

 


 









I did this set of bags for a customer who spins wool. She is even part of a group who get together to spin. So it's the spinner version of knitting in public. She was drawn to the spider web images, which so complement the purpose of the bags. She ordered a Kipster, or as she dubbed it, the Spinster! She added a Suebee drawstring bag, using a great fabric with a silver metallic spider and web, that is very effective.  Finally an Otter Hipster bag with the spider web front and center. A beautiful set.

I thought I'd use Blogger to let you know I am having intermittent internet issues. If you have contacted me and I haven't responded in my usual time frame, I am probably on hold on the phone, trying to get some assistance ! LOL

Custom order Asian Cranes Lynx Deluxe Messenger Bag

I made this over the summer, as a custom order. Spectacular fabric, that worked so well on the bag. The customer had me upgrade the lining, add a carry handle and a removable padded shoulder strap too.  This is what is so great about custom orders. You don't have to settle for almost the right bag!
